Vertical load testing measures how much axial load a pile can safely bear before reaching its design capacity, and is the most common test requested for buildings and structures where columns transfer heavy loads directly down through the foundation. Lateral load testing evaluates a pile's resistance to sideways forces, which matters for structures exposed to wind loads, retaining structures, or sites near water bodies. Pull-out testing checks a pile's resistance to upward or tensile forces, relevant for structures like water tanks, transmission towers, or any foundation subject to uplift forces rather than only compressive load.

We conduct both initial (proof) load tests, typically done on a small number of test piles before full-scale construction begins, and routine (working) load tests on selected production piles during the course of the project, in line with IS code requirements. Each test is carried out with calibrated equipment and monitored closely by our engineers, with load-deflection readings recorded at each stage to confirm the pile is behaving within acceptable limits.
