His working method is deliberately conservative: no pile schedule is priced or executed without a soil investigation report, and no bore is concreted until the specific gravity of the outflow confirms a clean shaft. That discipline is why the firm has closed large packages — including a 600-pile programme in Pondicherry — without a single re-bore.
On projects where clients arrive without a geotechnical report, Saravanan personally reviews the borelog once testing is complete and recommends the pile type, diameter, depth and reinforcement in plain language before a commercial proposal is issued.
